Remarks
  PLEASE post information on your web site about how we are supposed to know how much water the meter is putting out! Our meter jumps 3-4 cfs on the meter and I don't know whether we hit the middle of the swing, lower end of the swing, or the upper end! It is really important with the drought that we all use the amount we are supposed to use, but with the current meter gyrating so much, it is impossible to know what we are really using.
