I'm curious to know why I have to follow water restrictions while my surrounding neighbors that share a head gate don't? I see their water flowing at the same rate as prior seasons, i.e.; one neighbor currently has 8 pipes open with a full flow of water.
At the current .25 CFS, I can only open gates on 2 pipes on the longest sections and the water is not reaching the bottom of the field in any section!
